It secures your precision axles vertically, ensuring they stay separated and locked in place—even when rolling your Packout stack across rough pit pavement.

Choose Your Fitment: 30mm (4-Axle) vs. 50mm (3-Axle)

We offer two specialized configurations to match your chassis setup:

• 30mm Cadet/Junior Edition (4-Axle Capacity): Purpose-built for 30mm axles. Holds up to 4 axles in dedicated, snug slots to maximize storage density for smaller chassis setups.
• 50mm Senior Edition (3-Axle Capacity): Precision-contoured to cradle three 50mm axles without slippage or rattle. While optimized for 50mm, it can also accommodate 40mm and 30mm axles (with a looser fit) if you run a mixed pit setup.

Why ASA Material Matters

Most 3D-printed track accessories are made from standard PLA or PETG, which soften, warp, and deform when locked inside a scorching race trailer in July or left out in the direct sun.

We manufacture this system exclusively from Premium ASA (Acrylonitrile Styrene Acrylate). ASA is an industrial-grade engineering polymer chosen for:

• High Heat Deflection: Maintains its rigid shape in enclosed trailers during peak summer heat (160°F+).
• Maximum UV Resistance: Won’t degrade, become brittle, or fade under intense, all-day sunlight.
• Chemical & Impact Resistance: Stands up to the bumps, fuel, chain lube, and cleaners common in a racing environment.

Anti-Rust, Open-Drain Design

We didn’t just build a bracket; we engineered it for the realities of race weekends. The bottom support base features a fully open-bottom design paired with dedicated drainage slots. If you have to pack up in the rain or deal with morning dew and trailer condensation, moisture won’t pool at the bottom of the cradle. Water drains straight through, allowing airflow to dry the axle ends and preventing rust from ruining your precision equipment.
